Hi ladies and gentlemen, this one is the second act. After my first message (15/10/2021) ... not on XE, no, it will be too easy ... No after my message about XE (with 1 star, yes I cannot give them zero or an half) on Trustpilot. I had a message from XE ... Yes to give me this number: +441753441844 ... Yes the same they give on the website. Yes firstable they do not care of you and yet they are kind of standoffish ... yes, you cannot read or go to a website and find the one phone number (of 2 landlines ... only in 2021...) you need ... Poor customer ... without us you are nothing. The last time I explain the problem with the XE's middleman (Sikhona): they cannot send more than 25K rands per month (1500 euros) and more than 5k rands per day (les than 300 euros). Sikhona send me a message because they blocked my money (too much money : 1600 euros) and they immediatly resend the money to XE. Obviously nothing from XE. Last Friday (22th of October 2021, around 5 pm) I called XE, using their only landline. First atempt: 20 min for nothing. Second one: more 25 but less 30 min: "OSANA" a human voice (a lady, all my apologises lady). I explain the problem, with all the references and documents:
She did not understand why my money was blocked, and she had to query one from the management ... blablabla ... Obviously I ask to resend me my money on my french account ... The money was out my pocket since the 13th of October (C10608825) ... and still out yet. Because I really need to send money from France to South Africa, I tried WISE: from my french account to WISE : 5 seconds (1 or 2 days for XE ... YEYYYY) and from WISE to my south african account ... may be more seconds (1 or 2 days for XE ...) And yes the south african autorities checked your money origin, your south africa bank send you an online form (2 min to complete it) and the money is in your pocket ... No need of "Sikhona". Now I have just a typicaly south african question to XE: "when do you bring back my money?"
For those who had the courage to read to the end, this year (since January 2021) I send around 30k Euros from France to Scotland and South Africa, and I did it since 2018 ... Yes XE do not take care of the customers ... even regular customers
