    Bonjour, World First fait des vérification de document après que vos clients vous ai payer. Jusque la pas de soucis, ceci est normal dans un soucis de compliance. Néanmoins leur delai est indiqué sous 24 heures après soumission des documents. Cela fait déjà 72 heures que j'attends. Nous arrivons au week end donc ceci va faire 5 jours complet (si jamais ils souhaitent faire quelque chose ofc) Evidement il ne répondent plus au emails quand les délais que eux même ajoute sont dépassés. Le client n'est pas a valorisé pour eux. Après tout ils détiennent votre argent qu'est ce que vous pouvez y faire ? Du coup vous devez attendre pour payer vos factures et assumer les pénalités de retards de paiement qu'ils causent du au non respect de leur délais. J'adore quand mes clients me paie en temps et heure et que je vois ma banque m'imposer 72 heures de délais (voir 5 jours bientôt car ils ne bossent pas le weekend évidement) et que ceci me coute plus chère en facture à cause de pénalités de retard en paiement.     Avoid at all costs

    Avoid at all costs. Had a large sum of money held for 2 weeks still with no updates from world first. Causing me major issues within in my business and to my clients. Live chat is useless also. UPDATE Still no updates from world first nor a response from the team who are reviewing the payment. AVOID WORLD FIRST. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS
