Would give it zero stars if I could

Review published on 08-05-2024

Would give it zero stars if I could. They have one employee looking after 20 customers. They have a sign saying: ‘sorry if you are waiting a little longer. New regulations mean sending things abroad takes longer.’ Well thanks brexshit, but maybe you could also hire more than one employee? Why are all the other employee desks closed?

Help section is convoluted and very controlled.

Review published on 08-05-2024

Help section is convoluted and very controlled with option subjects of their choosing only, no way at all to add your own that is not on their list. No 'other' and blank areas for you to write your problem. Customer service is reduced to calls only or Relay service but completely ignores those who NEED email due to various disabilities and health needs. 1st and 2nd class Recorded delivery items often show as never delivered, there is no way to see the signature anymore and it will say it's not a tracked delivery, it doesn't even acknowledge it as 'recorded' and says we will update when we try to deliver... Endlessly... Forever! It just seems a pointless, waste of money service now. Any companies avoiding good customer service, who has removed customer service email address and direct chat with humans, for those customers who genuinely need this, is a disgrace.

They lost my parcel that had a postal…

Review published on 07-05-2024

They lost my parcel that had a postal order and birth certificate in. I filled out a form sending postal order receipt and they did not resolve my issue. They recently emailed about my query and offered no resolution. Asking me to send them my receipt again after telling them they never sent it back to me. Postal order was worth £48 plus the price of a special delivery.
